   Low nitrogen burner is an important equipment of industrial furnace. It ensures the stable combustion of fuel and the complete combustion of fuel. Therefore, in order to inhibit the production of nitrogen oxides, it is necessary to start the burner. So what is the classification of low nitrogen burners? According to the combustion technology to reduce nitrogen oxides, low nitrogen burners are roughly divided into the following categories.

   The segmented burner is designed according to the segmented combustion principle to make the fuel and air burn together in segments. Because the combustion deviates from the theoretical equivalence ratio, the generation of nitrogen oxides can be reduced. One kind of self circulation burner is to use the pressure head of combustion air to suck back a local combustion flue gas, enter the burner and burn with air.

   Due to the recirculation of flue gas, the heat capacity of combustion flue gas is large, the combustion temperature is reduced, and nitrogen oxides are reduced. Another type of self circulation burner is to directly recycle a local flue gas in the burner and participate in the combustion process. The combustion has the dual functions of inhibiting nitrogen oxides and saving energy.

   The principle of centralized burner is to burn a large amount of fuel in one part, while the combustion of fuel in the other part is too light, but the total air volume remains unchanged. Since both local combustion deviate from the stoichiometric ratio, the NOx is very low. This kind of combustion is also called deviation combustion or non stoichiometric combustion.
