During the commissioning of the combustion engine, check whether the external diesel is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed and whether the external power supply is controlled in place. Adjust the load of the combustor to small load, and the ignition position to small load accordingly. Close the large load for ignition, observe the flame, and adjust the servo motor or damper and according to the flame.

   When adjusting the large fire output of the combustor, it is necessary to gradually adjust from a relatively small load to a large load according to the load of the thermal equipment, and adjust the servo motor or damper accordingly according to the situation. Observe whether the flame has partial fire, insufficient flame combustion, vibration and other phenomena. After adjustment, ignite for many times and observe whether the ignition is good.

   Site requirements: personnel irrelevant to commissioning operation are required to leave the operation site. It is forbidden to operate in any other way (such as electric welding, gas cutting, etc.). In order to ensure the personal safety of commissioning personnel, when the burner is ignited, it shall be 1m away from the burner side. When the flame combustion is stable, the flame can be observed at the observation mirror, and the next output adjustment and other adjustments can be made.

   In case of continuous failure of secondary ignition procedure of fuel burning engine, stop the engine to check whether the fuel supply system of the engine is normal and whether the circuit wiring is correct. The engine can be restarted only after the fault is removed. Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited on site. In the commissioning work, we must be serious, safe and efficient. It is forbidden to use non explosion-proof electric tools on site.
