When adjusting the gas-fired boiler, if the secondary wind speed is controlled too small, it will lead to too close ignition distance of gas, resulting in excessive heating deformation and damage of burner nozzle. In addition, when the high and low loads of the gas-fired boiler are changed, the adjustment is not timely, the upper secondary sealing nozzle cannot be cooled, and the burner will also be burned.

   In short, after the burner is damaged, it will have a great impact on the whole gas-fired boiler. Therefore, users should strengthen the control and adjustment of the boiler during normal use, including timely mastering the changes of gas pressure and quality, so as to ensure the reasonable ratio of gas and hot air; Observe the ignition of the gas and adjust the size of the secondary air valve in time... When the high and low load conditions are changed, adjust the negative pressure combustion in the furnace, adjust the ratio of gas and hot air, ensure that the furnace flame is not skewed, and coordinate the gas opening of each layer together.
