1. First, select according to the form of fuel:

Fuel is divided into solid, liquid and gaseous. The solid fuel is generally coal, and the liquid fuel is generally kerosene, diesel, residue, waste oil, etc; Gaseous fuels include natural gas, gas, biogas, etc. Attention shall be paid to calorific value and density when selecting oil fuel for oil fired boiler. The selection of heavy oil, residue and waste oil should also pay attention to viscosity, mechanical impurities, ash and freezing point. Gas fired boilers should pay attention to the calorific value, pressure and density of gas.

2. Select according to the structure and performance of the boiler:

Generally, the flame with good shape and fullness is selected to adapt to the furnace structure. The air required for fuel is supplied from the root of the flare to quickly and evenly mix oil mist or gas with air to ensure combustion safety. When selecting the burner, pay special attention to the temperature and pressure of the furnace.

3. The selected burner shall have a large adjustment range and can burn stably under different working conditions.

4. The output power of low nitrogen burner shall match the rated output of boiler.

5. The air pressure of low nitrogen burner shall consider the resistance of boiler itself and the resistance of flue gas system.

6. The flue gas emission and noise of low nitrogen burner must meet the requirements of environmental standards.
