1. Turn on the power supply, press start, and the motor does not rotate

Cause of failure:

(1) Insufficient air pressure locking

(2) The solenoid valve is not tight and the connector leaks. Check the locking

(3) Thermal relay open circuit

(4) At least one of the conditional circuits is not tenable (water level, pressure, temperature and whether the program controller is powered on and started)

Solution:

(1) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value

(2) Clean or repair the solenoid valve pipe joint

(3) Press reset to check the components for damage and motor current

(4) Check whether the water level, pressure and temperature exceed the limit

2. Turn off the burner immediately after it is lit

Cause of failure:

(1) The air pressure is insufficient, the pressure drop is too large, and the air supply flow is too small

(2) The air volume is too small, the combustion is insufficient, and the smoke color is thick

(3) The air volume is too large and white air appears

Solution:

(1) Readjust the air pressure and clean the filter screen

(2) Readjust

(3) Readjust

3. White smoke from burner

Cause of failure:

(1) The air volume is too small

(2) The air humidity is too high

(3) Low exhaust temperature

Solution:

(1) Turn down the damper

(2) Appropriately reduce the air volume and increase the inlet air temperature

(3) Take measures to improve the exhaust temperature
