The internal circulation of flue gas is directly increased from 15% of the previous burner to 30% now, eliminating the external FGR pipeline. Not only can the nitrogen oxide be controlled at 30mg/Nm3, but also the combustion efficiency is higher. The problems of condensate corrosion and combustion safety caused by FGR are solved. It provides all-round combustion safety protection and load regulation to ensure the safe operation of burners while meeting the safety load requirements of various boiler systems.
