    超低氮燃烧器的优势

    1、采用烟气再循环技术（FGR），大大降低NOX的排放，NOX可达30mg/m3以下。
    2、采用一体式布局，内置全电子比例调节系统及参数屏幕显示。

    3、燃烧头采用耐高温不锈钢材料，独特的燃烧头结构设计，实现了空气和燃气的分级燃烧；高速喷出的气流在火焰管出口处形成局部烟气内循环，降低火焰温度。
    4、低负荷时，炉膛火焰充满度较好。水冷壁吸热均匀。
    5、由于拉伸了燃烧区域，减弱了部分燃烧强度，在一定时间内，抑制了NOx的形成。
    6、燃烧器控制系统包括：燃料系统自动检漏、炉膛前、后吹扫、自动点火和程序启停、熄火保护、低气压保护、安全联锁保护及燃烧、负荷调节等。
