   The blowdown operation of the drying hot blast stove itself requires regular and uniform blowdown. At least one blowdown is required for each shift. There will be multiple blowdown pipes on a hot blast stove. It is necessary to blowdown each blowdown pipe in turns. It is assumed that only part of the blowdown pipes will be blowdown.

   However, if the other part does not discharge sewage, it will lead to the blockage of some sewage pipes, so the water circulation will be damaged. If it is serious, it will also lead to pipe explosion. However, when several drying hot blast stoves use the same blowdown main pipe together, when there is no check valve on the blowdown pipe of each hot blast stove, in this case, it is forbidden to blowdown together.
