RTO combustion system is used for the treatment of organic waste gas. It is suitable for occasions where the composition of waste gas often changes or the concentration of waste gas fluctuates greatly due to different products on the same production line. Application industries include waste gas treatment of coating lines of automobile and motorcycle, shipbuilding, bicycles, household appliances and containers, petrochemical, rubber, coating, viscose, printing, enamelled wire and other production lines.
It is especially suitable for waste gas treatment of enterprises or drying lines that need heat recovery. Energy recovery can be used for drying lines, so as to save energy. [its principle is that the combustible organic waste gas will undergo thermal oxidation reaction at 760 ~ 1000 ℃ to produce carbon dioxide and water.
The waste gas is first heated to close to the thermal oxidation temperature through the regenerator, and then enters the combustion chamber for thermal oxidation. The temperature of the oxidized gas increases, and the organic matter is basically transformed into carbon dioxide and water. After the purified gas passes through another regenerator, the temperature drops and reaches the national emission standard.
The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in RTO device can recover heat energy to the greatest extent, and the heat recovery rate is greater than 95%. There is no need or a small amount of fuel when dealing with VOCs. If you want to treat low concentration waste gas, you can choose a concentration device to reduce fuel consumption. According to customer requirements, two chamber, three chamber, multi chamber or single chamber rotary RTO devices can be designed.
