The main fuels of gas burners are natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas and other combustible gases. These fuels are flammable and explosive dangerous gases, which should be paid great attention in the process of use and storage.

   1、 There are three aspects of inspection before commissioning of gas burner and combustor

   1. Check whether the fuel gas is in place, whether the fuel gas pipeline is clean and unobstructed, and whether the valve has been opened.

   2. Whether there is pipeline leakage and whether the pipeline installation is reasonable.

   3. Vent from the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed air in the pipeline, and the vent pipe shall be connected to the outside.

   2、 Internal inspection of gas burner and combustor

   1. Whether the combustion head of the burner is installed and adjusted properly.

   2. Whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.

   3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.

   4. Conduct cold state simulation on the combustor according to the line conditions, and observe whether all parts of the equipment are normal and whether the flame detection protection part is normal.

   3、 Commissioning of gas burner combustor

   1. Check whether the external gas is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed and whether the external power supply is controlled in place.

   2. Adjust the load of the combustor to a small load, and the ignition position to a small load accordingly. Turn off the large load for ignition, observe the flame, and adjust the opening of the servo motor or damper according to the flame to achieve the appropriate combustion state.

   3. Gradually increase the load and adjust the opening of servo motor or damper point by point according to the flame condition to achieve appropriate combustion state.

   4、 Precautions for gas turbine commissioning and maintenance

   1. In case of continuous failure of secondary ignition procedure of gas burner, stop the machine to check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal and whether the circuit wiring is correct. Restart the burner after removing the fault.

   2. It is forbidden to knock and rub the gas supply pipeline with a wrench or metal rod to avoid static electricity or spark and gas explosion.

   3. Smoking, welding, cutting and other illegal operations are strictly prohibited at the gas supply valve group or pipeline flange surface.

   4. It is strictly prohibited to conduct any open fire test near the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents.

   5. Test whether there is fuel in the air supply pipeline, usually with a gas low-pressure gauge.

   6. In the air supply pipeline, it is evacuated, but there are residual gas or droplets on the pipe wall. In case of electrostatic spark and open fire, it will also cause combustion and explosion.

   7. When the gas supply pipeline has been vented and the valve group needs to be disassembled in case of failure, first cut off the main valve at the front end of the valve group, and then vent the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group, and then disassemble and repair the valve group.

   8. During commissioning, the fuel gas must be serious, safe and efficient.

   9. It is forbidden to use non explosion-proof electric tools on site.
