1、 When connecting peripheral circuits to realize automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure and water level, please connect according to the control system wiring diagram. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and shall be kept at a distance of 80-120mm. Before filling the oil tank, turn off the burner, the fuel can be injected into the oil tank after filtering, and the machine can be restarted after 20 minutes of oil filling. The oil circuit system shall be free of oil and air leakage. Before starting the burner, check whether the fuel oil in the oil tank is sufficient.

   2、 The damper size shall match the nozzle specification. When the burner is in use, due to the inconsistency between the equipped boiler and the commissioning boiler when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper properly, and sometimes replace the oil nozzle with appropriate specification and injection angle. The operating ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise cooling and thermal insulation measures shall be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate thermal insulation measures shall be taken for the oil storage device and oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil pipeline from freezing and blocking. At the same time, the burner control circuit shall not be affected by moisture or high temperature. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.

   3、 The motor shall be protected from moisture and shall not be used in humid environment. The burner shall be installed in balance and should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid inclined use. When it is inconvenient to directly operate the burner, external control switch and electrical protection device shall be connected. Frequently check whether the connection of burner and various components is firm, loose and the position has changed.
