1. Turn on the power supply, press start, and the motor does not rotate

Fault causes and maintenance methods:

(1) Insufficient air pressure locking - adjust the air pressure to the specified value

(2) The solenoid valve is not tight and the joint leaks. Check and lock - clean or repair the solenoid valve pipe joint

(3) Thermal relay open circuit - press reset to check whether the element is damaged and the motor current

(4) At least one of the conditional circuits is not tenable (water level, pressure, temperature and whether the program controller is powered on) - check whether the water level, pressure and temperature exceed the limit

2. After startup, the front purging is normal, but the ignition is not on

Fault causes and maintenance methods:

(1) Solenoid valve inoperative (main valve, ignition valve) - check the circuit and repair it

(2) The solenoid valve is burnt out - replace it

(3) Unstable air pressure - adjust the air pressure to the specified value

(4) The air volume is too large - reduce the air distribution and reduce the opening of the damper

3. No ignition, normal air pressure, no ignition when there is electricity

Fault causes and maintenance methods:

(1) Ignition transformer burnt out - replace

(2) High voltage line is damaged or dropped - reinstall or replace it

(3) The gap is too large or too small, and the relative size of the ignition rod position - readjust

(4) Broken electrode or short circuit to ground - reinstall or replace

(5) Improper spacing - readjust

4. White smoke

Fault causes and maintenance methods:

(1) The air volume is too small - turn down the damper

(2) Too high air humidity - appropriately reduce the air volume and increase the air inlet temperature

(3) Low exhaust gas temperature - take measures to increase the exhaust gas temperature
